These terms cover this website and the inquiry form. They are not a statement of work, not a services agreement, and not a promise that we will take your project. Paid engineering work happens only if we both sign a separate written agreement.
Who this is for
The site is for people acting for a business. You must be 18 or older and able to bind the company named in the form. If you cannot, do not send an inquiry.
The site
We publish descriptions of services and starting prices so you can inquire. Starting prices are invitations to talk, not binding offers. Scope, timing, and fees are written before money moves.
We do not guarantee directory listing, ranking, traffic, revenue, or that Anthropic, OpenAI, or xAI will accept a submission. We do not guarantee uptime of this website. Pages may change without notice.
The form
You may send an inquiry. You represent that the email is yours to use, the note is not unlawful, and you will not paste secrets, credentials, regulated data, or other people’s personal data into it. We may ignore, delay, or delete submissions that look like spam, abuse, or a bad fit. Sending a form does not create a client relationship.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- probe, scrape, or overload the site or the form beyond ordinary browsing;
- submit malware, deceptive content, or someone else’s identity;
- try to bypass rate limits, the honeypot, or security controls;
- use the site to send us another company’s confidential material.
We may block an address or discard a submission if that happens.

Liability for the website itself is limited to zero dollars, because you are not paying to read it. Paid work, if any, will have its own liability terms.

If you misuse the site or send unlawful content through the form, you will cover us for claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs that come from that misuse.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Georgia have exclusive venue for disputes about the website, unless a mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
Changes

Severability and waiver
